Patience “B” completed his “O” levels in Chitungwiza at Seke No5 High School after a stint of 3 years at a missionary school (All Souls Mission) as a boarder. In a town where he was born, that is Mutoko. After school, he first trained as an electrician for almost 4 years before engaging into stone carving/ sculpting in 1993.
Patience “B” learnt
sculpting through the hands of Nesbert Mukomberanwa and Lincon Muteta. But
for all his most regards he forwards or dedicates them to the late Moses
Masaya who encouraged him to start stone carving. Moses Masaya is the one
who discovered that Patience “B”’s talent was For evidence of his ability in stone carving, Patience also has his works for viewing to some of the art collectors around the world. Patience “B” is a full time sculptor and some of his works are found in galleries around Harare as well as The National Gallery. He has also regularly taken part in the National Gallery of Zimbabwe’s Mobile Exhibitions.
